Richard Sternoff Beyer (July 26, 1925 – April 9, 2012) was an American sculptor from Pateros, Washington. Between 1968 and 2006, Beyer made over 90 sculptures. ==Biography== Beyer was born in Washington D.C. on July 26, 1925.〔 He was raised in Virginia and graduated from Fairfax High School in 1943. Beyer enlisted in the U.S. Army in World War II, and served from 1944 to 1946, and was in the Battle of the Bulge.
